Carla's been dumped by her bodybuilding ex-boyfriend. He claims he has OUTGROWN their relationship, but she's not bitter... In fact she has a plan to win her boyfriend back, and all she has to do is grow as a person. You see her plan is really more of a training regiment, and the growing she is planning on doing, is becoming bigger and stronger, leaner and sexier. She's going to hit the weights and load up on the protein in order to win back the man who outgrew her. Along the way she just might win some fitness and bodybuilding contests too, and just maybe she might find that perhaps she is the one who outgrew their relationship as she becomes the Most Muscular she can be.
